Hilary Bryant

After many years of hopelessness, despair and suffering, Hilary’s healing journey began when she realized that she could connect with herself in a safe and compassionate way through the practice of yoga. However, she believes that the real transformation began once she found a community of like-minded people that empowered her to own her truth and share it freely. Hilary is a 500-Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and peer support group facilitator. When she’s not teaching or writing, Hilary can be found in the woods, in the garden or near a body of water where she gains strength and rejuvenation.

Jessica Goldman

For many of her younger years, Jessica struggled to manage her emotions and experiences. After years of trial and error, she finally found her way to a yoga mat. This began her journey of true inner healing- finding acceptance, truth, and love along the way. While yoga sparked this inner transformation, the many ways in which love radiate continued to find her. Connecting with her community, Jessica found tremendous support and strength. Finding peace and tranquility in nature, Jessica was reminded of the roots which we all come from and found a sense of what it feels like to be whole. The three essential connections bring together the many facets of healing that Jessica wishes she had access to while she was struggling.

Paul Acker

After decades of struggles with emotional distress, Paul had disconnected from almost everything in his life. Lost and directionless, Paul started to discover the healing properties of nature. Through connecting back to nature, Paul was able to reconnect to himself and then others.

Paul has led many group camping trips to Acadia National Park and Shenandoah National Park, as well as being an avid nature photographer and kayaker. He is a trained Intentional Peer Support facilitator, which emphasizes connection as a way to move through emotional distress and trauma.
