Half Day

In this half day workshop, prepare to spend equal parts of the day identifying workplace stressors and then experiencing techniques to deal with said stressors. Although we are often too busy to take a moment for ourselves at work, we will discuss how we can practically implement self-care tools into our day and the benefits of doing so.

Full Day

In a full day training, we will overview the negative effects the stress on the body and mind. We will take time to identify work-life and personal stressors that we are faced with everyday. Then, you will have the opportunity to experience multiple stress-reduction, management, and mitigation techniques that can be used practically throughout your day. A discussion surrounding how/when to implement these new tools and the value they bring to our personal well-being, our work production, and our families will follow.
