From immersive experiences to workshop-style presentations, there is truly something for everyone.
In this half day workshop, prepare to spend time identifying workplace stressors and then experiencing techniques to deal with said stressors. Although we are often too busy to take a moment for ourselves at work, we will discuss how we can practically implement self-care tools into our day and the benefits of doing so.
In a full day training, we will review the negative effects of stress on the body and mind. We will take time to identify work-related and personal stressors that we are faced with everyday. You will have the opportunity to experience multiple stress-mitigation techniques that can be used practically throughout your day. A discussion surrounding how and when to implement these new tools and the value they bring to our personal well-being, our work production, and our families will follow.
